Offseason Weight Training and Conditioning (Jan-Jun 2023)
Weight training and conditioning will go from Jan 17 thru May 27 at the following time slots:
- Monday 7:30-9:30 PM
- Tuesday 7:30-9:30 PM
- Wednesday 7-9 AM
- Thursday 7:30-9:30 PM
- Saturday 10 AM-12 PM
Coach Uy will lead weight training. Chevy will lead the speed and agility sessions starting 6 weeks prior to Spring football. Players are encouraged to participate in as many strength and conditioning sessions as possible.
The QB Club is asking for a minimum of $250 contribution per athlete to offset program costs.
