- You acknowledge that you are making a monetary donation to the Spartan Quarterback Club and that we will use those funds to the best of our ability in support of the Spartan QB Club mission.
- Spartan QB Club (EIN 88-1501171) is a registered 501c3 and all donations are tax deductible.
