Skyline Spartan QB Club (SQBC) respects the privacy of its members and donors and is committed to treating data and information collected during the donation process and after with the appropriate level of care.

SQBC Privacy Guidelines
Personal Information
SQBC collects personal information from members and donors during program and volunteer registration process. This information is only used to fulfill program responsibilities and communications.
Only SQBC administrators with a business need for such personal information have access.
Third Parties
SQBC does not provide third parties with access to your information for any reason. We periodically receive requests from external organizations to use our email distribution list for their marketing purposes. This is strictly prohibited by SQBC policy and all such requests are refused.
Donations information
SQBC will not share any information about donations made without the expressed consent of the donor. At the time of the donation, SQBC will ask the donor their preference concerning their anonymity:
We reserve the right to include all donations in totals that we publish, regardless of whether the donor is anonymous or not.
Credit card and bank account information
SQBC uses Washington Trust Merchant Services (WTMS) to process donations via credit card. Credit card information entered into the WTMS cart at the time of donation is stored in an encrypted format that neither SQBC nor Washington Trust Merchant Services have access to. Even if and when SQBC processes refunds, neither SQBC or Washington Trust Merchant Services administrators have access to unencrypted credit card data.
Communication preferences
SQBC is committed to honoring the email and communication preferences indicated by those who provide their contact information at the time of program or volunteer registration.
Unsubscribing from league communications - SQBC uses several platforms to send communications relating to program events and activities including TeamSnap and SignUpGenius. SQBC communications should provide the recipient the option to opt out of receiving future communications.
- SQBC will not share any information collected from its members or donors with third parties for any reason outside normal league operations or without consent of the member or donor.

- Remain fully anonymous. Name not published.
- Publish name only in list of donors. Example: "Donors include John T. Smith, Amy Henderson, etc."
